Volunteer Applications

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer with Cradles of Grace! Volunteers are an indispensable part of our ministry to the precious young women in our programs.

"Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I: send me."

Isaiah 6:8

Paperwork may be a bit painful and tedious for some, but the downloadable forms below are necessary for Cradles of Grace to ensure the quality of care that the Lord would have us provide. We desire that we are all of one accord in our service to the young women who come into our programs. Please print out, read, fill out, and return these forms to PO Box 459 Rockford, MI 49341, or simply e-mail them to cradlesofgrace1@gmail.com.

Also, we may phone or submit Reference Questionnaires to those people you list as references, so please make them aware of our possible contact.
